The SEAP Program is designed to assist individuals who are dealing with circumstances that are or potentially affecting their ability to perform their jobs well. Issues can range from very personal, to work related situations. Our overall goal is to help keep both employers and employees safe, secure, and stable. The SEAP approach is grounded in Biblical doctrine, that instructs us on how we are to treat ourselves and others. As our assistance is spiritually motivated, our services are rendered by trained, certified, licensed, and ordained staff members.
